Working as a chef from a young age, Luke’s experience includes working at The Drunken Duck, for Paul Heathcote and for local Michelin starred chef Simon Rogan. Luke specialises in creating wholesome dishes using locally sourced ingredients from his doorstep in Cumbria.
Head Chef Sam has over 15 years of experience working in Cumbria’s top restaurants including The Drunken Duck Inn, he is also a highly skilled pâtissier and loves to create new and exciting desserts for our clients.
